Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor – Vampire Survivors in the Deep Rock Galactic universe

It seems that Vampire Survivors opened another Pandora’s box of the gaming industry. As it used to be fashionable to create Souls-like games, now it is fashionable to develop Survivors-like. Meet another one – Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor.

As the name suggests, it’s Survivors-like in the universe of the popular co-op game about space dwarves Deep Rock Galactic. The game, which was released in 2020, gathered a considerable audience (according to estimates, from 3.5 to 6 million players), and of course, the developers decided to expand their galaxy, so there is just a boom of Vampire Survivors clones.

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor is a single-player game in which a character, a dwarf of course, cuts through rock and hordes of monsters. Shooting, as it should be in Survivors-like, is automatic. A variety of weapons, their upgrading, bonuses, and so on are applied.

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor is not developed by Ghost Ship Games, the authors of the original game, but by a third-party studio, Funday Games. Ghost Ship will be the publisher of the project.

Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor is coming to Steam Early Access this year, and you can follow the game by subscribing to its page.
