Studio Warner Bros. has been trying to build a cinematic universe based on DC comics for several years, combining the stories of superheroes in one logical line. And finally it can do it. At least the new trailer for The Flash promises big changes for the DC cinematic universe.

In The Flash, Barry Allen (Ezra Miller) will use his superpowers to go back in time and save his family and change the course of events. However, the hero accidentally changes the future and finds himself trapped in a different reality.

The reality of the new world turns out to be not too pleasant: General Zod returns and threatens to destroy everything, and there are no superheroes to turn to for help. Barry’s only chance is to convince a completely different Batman to come back from retirement and free one imprisoned Kryptonian… though not the one he’s looking for.
