World of Goo 2 is in development and will be released in 2024
One of the most successful indie games of all time, World of Goo, is finally getting a sequel. World of Goo 2 will be released 16 years after the first part, in 2024!
The game is being developed by the same 2DBOY (actually two not-so-young guys) and Tomorrow Corporation, the studio known for Little Inferno, Human Resource Machine, and 7 Billion Humans.
World of Goo has been released on all available platforms: Nintendo Wii and Windows/OS X PC (2008), Linux (2009), iOS (2010), Android (2011), BlackBerry OS (2013), Nintendo Switch (2017). So, World of Goo 2 will be released on all possible platforms. Which ones will be announced later.
