PAYDAY 3 will have Denuvo protection
Players love series of games the PAYDAY, but hate the Denuvo Anti-Tamper protection system, which causes a significant drop in game performance. Unfortunately, the new PAYDAY 3 will have Denuvo protection. This can be seen on the game’s Steam page.
The Denuvo Anti-Tamper protection system from the Austrian company Denuvo Software Solutions GmbH has been used in games since 2014, and every time the developers come under fire from players who suggest even ignoring products with Denuvo protection. Since 2019, games with Denuvo have learned to hack, sometimes within a week of release, which raises the question of the expedience of using this type of protection.
In addition to Denuvo, whose appearance in PAYDAY 3 certainly annoyed gamers, the game requires the connection of an additional Starbreeze Nebula account, which supports linking with Steam account.
Co-op online heist shooter PAYDAY 3 is due out on September 21, 2023 for PC (Windows and Linux), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. You can test the game on Steam right now.
