The first renders of the Pixel 8A smartphone have appeared

Google is preparing to release a more affordable version of its Pixel 8 series smartphones – Pixel 8A. Unofficial renders shared by OnLeaks and Smartprix show the device with a screen size of approximately 6.1 inches.

The Pixel 8A has two main cameras, a selfie camera in the notch, and a rounded body similar to the Pixel 8, but the larger bezels around the display give away the smartphone’s more budget-friendly positioning.

According to insiders, the Pixel 8A could be powered by the same Tensor G3 chip used in the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro. However, it is not yet known what features or specifications Google will decide to exclude from the Pixel 8A, especially considering that certain AI-related software features of the Pixel 8 are exclusive to the Pro model.
