Nova Poshta delivered 170 million items in 6 months of 2023, which is 9% more than in the same period of 2021. This was reported by the company’s press service.

“During the first half of the year, Nova Poshta delivered 4.2 million international parcels. Ukrainians used NP Shopping – a service for shopping on international websites more often than before the full-scale war: the number of such parcels increased by 34% compared to the same period in 2021. The most popular countries from which Ukrainians ordered purchases remain China and the USA, and the favorite foreign stores of Ukrainians – Aliexpress, Amazon, 6pm, iHerb, ebay”, says the message of Nova Poshta.

Nova Poshta’s Supernova Airlines helps to deliver parcels faster. After starting flights in May this year in partnership with Latvian RAF-Avia, the airline has operated 14 flights and delivered 250,000 international shipments.

In the first half of the year, the company continued to invest in the development of infrastructure in Ukraine and increased the number of branches of various types by 935 units.

“The greatest emphasis in the development of the network is placed on increasing the number of points of receiving and issuing parcels in partnership with local and network businesses, as well as parcel lockers. The total number of branches exceeds 10,000, and there are 14,000 parcel lockers. Currently, the Nova Poshta network of parcel lockers is the second largest in Europe,” Nova Poshta noted.

The network is also actively developing in the front-line and liberated territories – now 388 branches are operating in the de-occupied territory of Donetsk, Kharkiv and Kherson regions.

In addition, the company continues international expansion. In March-June of this year, it entered the market of 4 countries and opened 21 branches in Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Romania, Germany and Poland.

There are 32 Nova Post branches and 2 sorting terminals in Poland. The number of delivered shipments between Ukraine and Poland in 6 months is 450,000. 250,000 individuals and 1,800 business representatives have already used the services.

Among other things, since the beginning of the year, 12,600 Ukrainians and 1,450 charitable foundations have used free delivery within the Humanitarian Post and sent parcels to military personnel and civilians who faced difficult life circumstances at the company’s expense.

“In total, in six months, Nova Poshta delivered 13,600 tons of humanitarian goods to the frontline territory. And the total amount of aid by the company since the beginning of the full-scale invasion exceeded UAH 807 million, of which UAH 419 million were invested in 2023,” the company emphasized.

Earlier, the co-owner of the company Vyacheslav Klymov stated that the capitalization level of Nova Post despite the war exceeds $1 billion. At the same time, he noted that the NP does not abandon plans to increase the level of capitalization to $3-5 billion.
