Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade: closed beta test begins August 3, 2023

The first information about the mobile project Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade from Ubisoft / Level Infinite (Tencent) appeared less than a year ago and it’s about to start closed beta testing of the game.

As a reminder, Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade is a mobile project with an open world and graphics at the level of the great Assassin’s Creed 5-7 years ago. The setting is Ancient China, 215 BC, that is, the same year when the creation of the Terracotta Army of the emperor of the united China Qin Shi Huang began. In Assassin’s Creed Codename Jade, for the first time in the history of the series, players will be allowed to create their own character, who will be an apprentice of the legendary assassin Wei Yu, who was mentioned in the previous parts of the series.

The game will feature the ancient Chinese capital Xianyang, the Great Wall of China, large sections of which were built during the time of the Qin Emperor, and, of course, the Terracotta Army.
