Asus Zenfone 10 will receive Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and will not lose the classic headphone jack

A week before the presentation of the next Asus Zenfone 10 flagship model, additional details about its design and capabilities are emerging. For starters, these are more images that match previous leaks.

In addition to the familiar shape and a new color option, additional images show one unusual thing for modern smartphones — the preservation of the classic connector for headphones (3.5 mm Jack). Users who did not have time to say goodbye to their favorite wired headphones will probably be satisfied with this one.

Now WinFuture notes that the new model will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 5.9-inch AMOLED display with Full HD resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, 8/16 GB of RAM, 256/512 GB storage, and a 5,000 mAh battery. In addition, the device will support induction charging.

The novelty is expected to have a 32-megapixel front camera, a wide-angle sensor with 200 MP and an ultra-wide-angle sensor with 8 MP. In addition, the smartphone will have an updated image stabilizer.

Also, as a flagship should be, Zenfone 10 will be able to provide protection against water and dust according to the IP68 standard. Along with the aluminum chassis, the back of the case will have a plastic panel. The expected cost of the model will be $749. The official presentation of the new product is scheduled for June 29 .
