Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden – gameplay trailer
The French studio Don’t Nod presented the gameplay trailer of the new action/RPG Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden.
This is the story of two dangerous ghost hunters in colonial North America. The girl Antea Duarte is mortally wounded in the last mission and becomes a ghost herself. Her partner, Red mac Raith, has to find a way to help his lover.
It’s DON’T NOD (Remember Me, Life Is Strange, Vampyr, Twin Mirror), so we’re in for a beautiful and complex story with difficult moral decisions. And hopefully, this time the combat part will be a little better than in Vampyr, although, on the other hand, in Remember Me everything was almost good with action component.
Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden is due out by the end of 2023 for Windows PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Unfortunately, the publisher of the game is Focus Entertainment, but this is no reason to punish a good developer. The game already has a page on Steam.
