The Skoda company recently published its own development plan for the coming years. And when studying it, there are many interesting details.
For example, Skoda Kodiaq and Skoda Superb cars are among the new products for the near future: new generations of these well-known models will debut by the end of this year. Also, updated versions of the Skoda Kamiq and Skoda Scala compact models should appear in 2023. And as soon as 2024, an updated version of the Skoda Octavia will be released.
However, electric cars are next. For example, the Skoda Elroq electric car will also debut in 2024: this name has already been officially approved. Next, an update of the existing Skoda Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe electric cars is planned, as well as the launch of a new affordable compact electric car. After all, such an “electric baby” can replace the Skoda Fabia model, which becomes too expensive with the introduction of complex technologies to comply with new environmental regulations.
Finally, two more electric cars are planned for 2026: a mid-range station wagon and a large 7-seater SUV. The latter will probably be based on the concept Skoda Vision 7S. It will be interesting to see what from this wide list of new products will eventually appear in Ukraine in the next 2-3 years.
