The Pixel Tablet was first demonstrated last spring, during the Google I/O conference. In the fall, the company revealed some more details about this tablet/smart display. However, there was not much additional information about the device on the network until now.

Now it has become known that the Pixel Tablet should receive a Tensor G2 chipset, 8 GB of RAM and Android 13 out of the box. The tablet will be offered in four color options. We’ve already seen a beige version with white bezels around the display and a green tablet with black bezels. Unfortunately, they have not yet specified which colors will complement the line. The body of the Pixel Tablet is made of aluminum, which is coated with a nano-ceramic material that resembles the texture of porcelain.

Another interesting insider – the docking station, which is used to charge the tablet and turn it into a smart display, should be included in all configurations of the device. The gadget charges the Pixel Tablet using magnetic connectors and also has built-in speakers. Another accessory for the tablet is a branded case from Google.

On May 10, the conference for developers I/O 2023 will be held, during which we are waiting for information from Google about the start of sales of the Pixel Tablet (according to preliminary data – no earlier than June) and its price.
