Google launches updated Google Trends
Google announced the launch of an updated version of Google Trends — a service that analyzes the popularity of Google search queries in different regions and languages.
Now you can explore trends in real time right on the main page. They are updated hourly and are accompanied by links to relevant news from which you can learn more about a particular topic. Also, the main page of Google Trends highlights local trends in the user’s country or region.
In addition, for beginners, there are links to educational materials on the main page – what is Google Trends, the basics of how the service works, advanced methods, etc. Also here you can find thematic pages with trends created by the Google Trends Data team — for example, Year in search 2022 or the most popular Halloween costumes – Google Freightgeist.
