Counterfeiting and cloning products of well-known brands is not a new topic, even in the early 2000s you could come across a lot of Chinese companies trying to copy well-known electronics manufacturers. Remember, say, Nokla. Now it seems it’s the turn of Indian manufacturers, one of which has not only taken the Pebble name from real Pebble, but also releases a copy of the smartwatch Apple Watch Ultra, which they have called Pebble Cosmos Engage.

The design of the replica, at least in the renderings from the fake website, completely replicates the most expensive Apple watch, though it costs only $48 in US dollars. It is not known what exact material the copy is made of, the website states that the body is metal. The original Apple Watch Ultra has a titanium case.

India’s Pebble in the description states that the watch has a 1.95-inch IPS screen with a resolution of 320×385 dots and a brightness of 600 nits, a built-in heart rate monitor, blood oxygen monitoring, IP67 dust and water resistance, an “AI voice assistant”, the ability to receive calls via Bluetooth and wireless charging.
