Tests of the promising UAV Baykar Bayraktar Kızılelma are proceeding at an impressive pace. Two weeks ago, this drone only first took the runway, and today it has already left the ground. The corresponding video was again posted on Twitter by the technical director of Baykar Selçuk Bayraktar.

“We continue…
Bayraktar Kızılelma got the chassis off the ground during the #KIZILELMA test.
Hopefully soon… ✈🍎🚀 [first flight]
We are having a hard time keeping #KIZILELMA on the ground…✈️🍎🚀” wrote Selçuk Bayraktar.

Taking off the ground is really one of the last tests before a full-fledged first flight, so Mr. Bayraktar is not kidding.

But this is not all news from Baykar. Yesterday, the company released a video test of a new high-precision minibomb planned by TOLUN from ASELSAN. The bomb was dropped from a heavy strike drone Baykar Akinci from a height of 8 km and hit the target at a distance of 30 km.
