Omega’s Speedmaster X-33 Marstimer shows the time on Earth and Mars

Swiss watchmaker Omega has teamed up with the European Space Agency (ESA) to create a new model, the Speedmaster X-33 Marstimer, which shows Earth and Martian time.

The MTS function tracks the date and time on both planets, taking into account that time on Mars is 39 minutes longer than time on Earth.

In addition, the watch features an innovative solar compass that shows north both on Earth and on Mars. The symbols of Earth and Mars help to navigate the hours.

The watch comes with two bracelets: titanium and textile NATO.

Both have a special case, on the inside of which there is a reproduction of Hebes Chasma, a canyon with steep slopes on the surface of Mars. Such a watch will cost a lot – $6,400.
