Avatar returns: in Ukraine you will be able to watch James Cameron’s blockbuster again in cinemas, and even in IMAX 3D
On the eve of the release of the sequel to one of the highest-grossing films in the history of Avatar, which was called Avatar: The Way of Water, 20th Century Studios is resuming the rental of the original picture. Thanks to this, Ukrainian viewers will be able to watch the film again in cinemas starting from September 22 in 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D formats. Moreover, the picture will be shown with an updated 4K HDR image.
The movie Avatar was released in 2009, written and directed by James Cameron, and starring Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Stephen Lang, Michelle Rodriguez, and Sigourney Weaver.
Nominated for nine Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director, the film won three awards: Best Cinematography, Visual Effects and Production Design.
