So, we check preliminary guesses about updating the KIA XCeed car. Take a look at the pictures below. The car really got a new front bumper and wheels, the headlights have changed significantly, and the GT-line version is also decorated with new lights.

Although in general, of course, a small update cannot change the very content of the model: in the case of KIA XCeed, we have the so-called “cross hatchback”. That is, a regular C-class hatchback (length 4.395 m and wheelbase 2.65 m) was slightly raised above the road (clearance 172-184 mm depending on the size of the wheels) and plastic protection was added. And it looks interesting!

At the same time, the scheduled update presented many technical changes under the hood. First, the GT-line version with a powerful 204-horsepower 1.6-liter gasoline “turbo” was added to the KIA XCeed model range. In contrast, there are economical versions with 1.0 T-GDi (120 hp) and 1.5 T-GDi (160 hp) engines, as well as a 1.6-liter turbodiesel with 136 “horses”.

Secondly, a PHEV-hybrid built on the basis of a naturally aspirated 1.6-liter gasoline engine, an electric motor, a DCT transmission, and a traction battery should be particularly economical. The latter should provide an autonomous mileage of 48-60 km only on the electric drive without a drop of fuel!

Inside the car, you will find a 12.3-inch digital Supervision instrument panel, a multimedia system with an 8- or 10.25-inch display, and sports seats with advanced lateral support. The latter are a feature of the GT-line version.

Well, it’s an interesting update. Now we are waiting in Ukraine!
