Samsung is one of the largest manufacturers of consumer electronics in the world, so it is not surprising that its model range is also represented by cordless vacuum cleaners, the flagship of which is the Bespoke Jet. The model is one of the most expensive offers on the market and can be called a complete cleaning complex, thanks to the complete set. We decided to check in real testing what else Samsung Bespoke Jet can offer and how well it copes with its main purpose.

Bespoke Jet has one of the largest packages on the market, which, in addition to the vacuum cleaner itself, includes a Clean Station that automatically charges the vacuum cleaner and includes a dust collector cleaning system.
The kit also includes a full set of removable brushes, a flexible nozzle, two batteries, a separate mounting stand with a compartment for charging an additional battery, 3 dust bags, antibacterial reusable floor cleaning sponges, and a pack of disposable wet wipes.
In general, the equipment is very wide and immediately allows you to solve the issue with the placement of the vacuum cleaner and its additional brushes.
Design and start of use
The vacuum cleaner has an almost completely disassemblable design with the possibility of removing the battery, and dust collector with filter and nozzles, and is also equipped with a color LCD screen, which displays information about charging the device and its operating modes.
The main idea of Bespoke Jet is to allow the user to quickly remove dust and dirt at home, so the model has a rather thoughtful construction and design. To begin with, it is worth noting that the vacuum cleaner does not need to be hidden, the Clean Station allows you to organically fit it into the design of the room. It resembles a large vase with a massive stand, which, however, needs to be placed next to an outlet to work.
The base of the station has special holes that allow you to hide part of the power cable so that it does not interfere during cleaning and is less visible. I would of course like to be able to hide it completely, but for now, I have to make do with a simple cable management system.
Bespoke Jet is installed horizontally in the upper part of the Clean Station. The dimensions of the latter are 30x30x85 cm, and the weight is 6.4 kg, it will be difficult to turn it over if there is a cat or a medium-sized dog in the house. In general, the horizontal installation of the vacuum cleaner in the station allows the entire structure to take up less space.
Separately, you can also install a special stand for storing nozzles, it also does not take up much space, and it can be hidden in the closet if necessary.
In addition to the attachment of nozzles, the stand is also provided for recharging the spare battery, which may be needed when cleaning a large area, and at its high intensity, when the vacuum cleaner works at its maximum. Therefore, in this case, you will need to think about a place with access to a socket for its location.
In general, the stand is quite convenient, the nozzles are installed on it very easily, and thanks to the well-thought-out fastening system, they take up less space.
Dry cleaning
The Samsung Bespoke Jet is equipped with a HexaJet inverter motor with an output power of 580 W and a drawing power of 210 W. This is a very good indicator for a cordless vacuum cleaner, especially with a weight of 1.44 kg when cleaning by hand. It is one of the lightest Samsung cordless vacuum cleaners and one of the lightest models on the market today. Its design also allows you to change the length of the telescopic tube from 525 mm to 665 mm for greater convenience during cleaning.
For all types of floors and carpets, the Bespoke Jet comes with a Jet Dual Brush nozzle that can be rotated 180° and is equipped with a soft roller with a brush that rotates at a speed of 4000 rpm.
It is very easy to use and it cleans dust and dirt from both hard surfaces and rugs. The nozzle automatically stops if something gets stuck in it, so if you accidentally vacuum the cable from the smartphone charger, then nothing should happen to it.
To remove dust from other surfaces, including hard-to-reach surfaces and plinths, two separate nozzles are provided, one with a long slit and the other with an additional pile. The first one is convenient for cleaning at the joints of furniture and walls and generally reaches well in those parts of the room where the Jet Dual Brush does not fit.
However, I would call the second one more useful, because thanks to it, dust can be removed from almost all surfaces without scratching them. It can be not only plinths but also chandeliers, window sills, and even glass partition walls. An additional flexible adapter, which changes the angle of inclination of the nozzles, allows you to significantly expand the possibilities of cleaning. For example, it is easy to remove dust from the indoor units of air conditioners.
Separately, it is worth mentioning the Pet Tool mini turbo brush, which is intended for cleaning pet hair from carpets and upholstered furniture, such as a sofa or bed. It has a special hard roller with ribs covered with rubber and pile, which effectively cleans the surface of the fabric, removing dust and wool.
It works like magic without exaggeration, the brush is very effective, and even if there is no dog or cat in the house, after a few uses of it on upholstered furniture, you start to notice that the apartment has become less dusty.
During cleaning, the Bespoke Jet draws dust into the Jet Cyclone multi-cyclone dust collector and passes it through multi-layer filtration. Samsung claims to trap 99.999% of dust particles, which is confirmed by the seal of approval from Allergy UK of the British Allergy Foundation.
The dust collector itself in the Bespoke Jet has a capacity of 0.5 litres, and is fully disassembled and washable, including the Jet Cyclone system and filters.
The operation of the vacuum cleaner is regulated by the keys under the digital screen. There are four speeds in total: minimum, medium, maximum, and the most powerful Jet. All of them provide adequate retraction force and greatly affect battery life, which I will talk about later. But in general, Jet mode requires the most energy, but there is no frequent need to turn it on. You can effectively remove dust at medium and even minimum speed.
Wet cleaning
The Bespoke Jet features a separate Spray Spinning Sweeper wet cleaning nozzle with two replaceable, reusable, antibacterial floor cleaning sponges that soak up moisture and mop dirt well as they spin at 260 rpm.
For wet cleaning, there is a built-in sprayer, the nozzle has a removable 150 ml water container.
While the Spray Spinning Sweeper is running, pressing the Power Up key can activate the water supply.
In general, this nozzle and mode of operation saves time on wet cleaning and makes it easier. The rotation of cloth circles is not common, but it increases the thoroughness of cleaning since under the weight of the nozzle, the cloth on the sponges fits tightly to the surface and rotates quickly.
Clean Station
The complete cleaning station essentially has another built-in 1,400W vacuum that extracts dust from the Bespoke Jet Dust Collector and collects it in a replaceable, sealed, anti-bacterial bag that can be disposed of in the trash. Thus, the user does not have to deal with dust at all.
Clean Station is equipped with 3 textile bags with a capacity of 2 liters for collecting dust, which should last from 2 to 6 months, depending on the intensity of use.
To clean the vacuum cleaner, it is enough to install it in the station itself and press the “Start” button on it. The Air Pulse system will then extract the dust from the Bespoke Jet dust collector and place it in a replaceable bag, while the filtration system also works, meaning the dust does not escape outside.
All in all, the Clean Station is a very handy multi-purpose addition that serves as a stand, charger and, of course, cleaning for the Bespoke Jet.
Battery Life
The vacuum cleaner is equipped with two removable batteries with a capacity of 2500 mAh. They are easily removed and can be charged separately, both in the vacuum cleaner itself when installed in the Clean Station, and in the complete stand for nozzles. In total, two batteries can provide a maximum of up to 2 hours of cleaning, but the battery life of the Bespoke Jet depends very much on the chosen brush (whether the roller rotates in it) and the type and mode of cleaning.
During wet cleaning, the main motor of the vacuum cleaner does not work, and the rotation of the nozzles of the Spray Spinning Sweeper nozzle does not require much energy, so in this mode the Bespoke Jet can work for almost 1.5 hours.
At the same time, the maximum suction mode can radically reduce battery life. In general, it is worth focusing on the following indicators:
- Jet mode – 3 min;
- Maximum – 10 min;
- Standard – 30 min;
- MIN mode – 60 min.
For the vast majority of tasks, the standard operating mode is enough, with it, I had plenty of battery life to clean a 65 square meter apartment with dry and wet cleaning, while still having a little more than 30% of charge left.
It takes 3.5 hours to charge each battery from 0 to 100%, Samsung is betting not on speed but on durability, saying that after 500 cycles, which is about 5 years of use, the battery will hold up to 70% of its initial capacity.
