Insider @OnLeaks, together with Android Headlines, has shared the specifications and official images of all Galaxy S25 series smartphones ahead of the announcement scheduled for January 22, 2025.

Samsung Galaxy S25

The base Galaxy S25 will feature a 6.2-inch flat Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with FullHD+ (2340×1080) resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will be powered by the exclusive Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset. Most likely, it will be an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite.

For the needs of artificial intelligence, the smartphone will have 12 GB of RAM. The storage capacity will be 128 GB, 256 GB, or 512 GB. The battery will have a capacity of 4000 mAh with the possibility of wired charging with a power of 25 W. Wireless charging will also be available, but its capacity is unknown.

The 50-megapixel main camera will be complemented by a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera (OIS, 3x optical zoom). The front panel will feature a 12-megapixel front camera (f/2.2 aperture lens).

The smartphone will support 2 SIM cards, eSIM, as well as Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3. The gadget will work with the One UI 7 interface based on Android 15.

Samsung Galaxy S25 will measure 146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2 mm and weigh 162 grams.

The smartphone will be available in four colors: Iceblue, Mint, Navy and Silver Shadow.

Samsung Galaxy S25+

This model will feature a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with WQHD (3120×1440) resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will be powered by the same chipset as the regular version, Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, and will have the same 12 GB of RAM.

The Galaxy S25+ will be available with 256GB and 512GB of internal storage with no expandability. The battery will have a capacity of 4900 mAh and support 45W wired charging and wireless charging of unknown capacity.

The rear panel will house a 50-megapixel main camera, as well as a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 10-megapixel telephoto unit (OIS, 3x optical zoom). On the front panel you can find a 12-megapixel camera (f/2.2 aperture lens).

This smartphone will also support dual SIM, eSIM, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3. The device will come preinstalled with Android 15 along with One UI 7.

Galaxy S25+ will measure 158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3 mm and weigh 190 grams.

Galaxy S25+ will be available in the same colors as the regular version.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra

The most powerful smartphone in the series will feature a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with WQHD (3120×1440) resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate.

Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature the same Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset and 12 GB of RAM. The smartphone will be available in three variants with 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB of storage.

The smartphone will come with a 5,000 mAh battery, with 45 Watt wired charging and wireless charging.

The flagship will have a 200-megapixel main camera, which will be complemented by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle and 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera (OIS, 5x optical zoom) and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera (OIS, 3x optical zoom). The front panel will have a 12-megapixel selfie camera (f/2.2 aperture lens).

The smartphone will support 2 SIM cards with an eSIM option, as well as Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3. The new device will run One UI 7 based on Android 15.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will measure 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm and weigh 218 grams.

The device will be available in Titanium Black, Titanium Gray, Titanium Silver Blue, and Titanium White Silver colors.
