Humane, the company that released the failed AI Pin, wants to develop its own operating system with artificial intelligence CosmOS for use in devices from other manufacturers. This was reported by The Verge.
Humane has released a demonstration video with prototypes of CosmOS-based devices, including cars, TVs, smart speakers, and smartphones.
Humane demonstrates the capabilities of the ecosystem built on their OS in a demo video. In the video, the user, while driving, gives commands to turn on the heating at home and find out the time of arrival of guests.
The video also shows CosmOS reading an email on a person’s phone and answering questions about whether they can attend a meeting.
The CosmOS SDK release date is listed as “Coming soon”. Humane has not yet disclosed any companies that will create devices based on their system.
