LinkedIn is introducing an AI-powered recruitment assistant. From now on, HR companies will be able to entrust the search for candidates and review applications to artificial intelligence. This is reported by TechRadar.
LinkedIn has already tested its Hiring Assistant with companies such as Siemens, Canva, and Zurich Insurance, and plans to expand its availability worldwide in the coming months.
“Professionals across industries are seeing how technology powered by AI is starting to play a bigger role in their day-to-day work,” noted Hari Srinivasan, VP of Product at LinkedIn. “It’s an exciting moment of change, where these new AI technologies create an incredible opportunity to use these tools to work for us, so we can get more done and feel more fulfilled in our daily tasks.”
The company is also introducing interactive training for recruiters, which will also be handled by AI. The tool will offer real-life scenarios of various interactions with people, using voice or text, and explain what mistakes the recruiter made.
