Sony has announced a special anniversary collection to mark the 30th anniversary of PlayStation. The company will release the first generation PlayStation 5 (Digital), PlayStation 5 Pro, PlayStation Portal, and Dual Sense gamepad.

“To celebrate this 30th anniversary, we had to create something that honored the history and joy that PlayStation has brought us all,” says Hideaki Nishino, CEO of PlayStation. “All consoles and accessories are in classic PlayStation gray and feature the old-school multicolored PlayStation logo, creating an image designed to surgically hit the nostalgic organ of every gamer in their thirties.”

Sony has prepared 2 bundles. One with PS5 Pro, two gamepads, a charging station for gamepads, a console stand, a sticker, and other small merchandise. The Pro collection will be limited, Sony has made only 12,300 of these sets.

The other set will include PS5 Digital, 1 gamepad, a console stand, a sticker, and other small merchandise.

The price of the collection is not yet known, and pre-orders begin on September 26.
