Following the AirPods 4, Apple also showed an updated version of the AirPods Max during the Glowtime presentation.

The model has the same design but new colors: Midnight, Blue, Purple, Orange, and Starlight. In addition, the company has updated the headphone charging port – it is now USB-C, instead of Lightning.

Unfortunately, Apple did not announce any other changes for AirPods Max during the event. It is only known that the headphones will receive Personalized Spatial Audio support with the iOS 18 update.

The improved version of AirPods Max can already be pre-ordered on the manufacturer’s website for $549. Sales of the headphones will start on September 20.
