From now on, you can download, install, and update multiple Android apps simultaneously in the Google Play Store, according to Android Police.

In April 2024, Google introduced the ability to install multiple new apps at the same time. This may not seem like a big deal until you have to set up a new smartphone and install all the apps all over again, or simply download several large apps that are linked together to work together.

However, most Android users may not install new apps as often as they need to update the ones they already have installed on their devices.

With hundreds of apps installed on most Android devices, support for simultaneous updates is a given. Now you can update three apps simultaneously – the same as in the App Store.

Traditionally for Google, the update will be rolled out gradually. There is no scheduled date for the full rollout of the update yet.
