Mercedes-Benz and cloud gaming service Boosteroid have announced a partnership during this year’s Gamescom exhibition in Cologne, Germany.
Thanks to the cooperation, users of the German brand’s cars will have access to Triple-A games from such popular platforms as Steam and Epic Games. The service currently has more than 1,000 games in its library that are suitable for most PCs, laptops, smartphones, and smart TVs.
The gaming service will be available to car owners who have purchased the MBUX Entertainment Package Plus and the third-generation MBUX infotainment system. The game mode will only work when the car is stationary. You can play using a game controller or smartphone.
Boosteroid will be available on Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Europe, North and South America next year.
