However, the new Toyota Crown Sport RS is trying to find an answer to this difficult question! After all, the Toyota Crown Sport RS is a sporty and at the same time PHEV version of the Toyota Crown Sport model.
While the Toyota Crown Sport model offers a conventional hybrid and 236 hp, the Toyota Crown Sport RS version already offers PHEV hybrid technology and 306 horsepower, obtained by combining a 2.5-liter gasoline engine and two electric motors – one in the front and one in the rear. In addition, the Toyota Crown Sport RS crossover is equipped with a battery with a capacity of almost 15 kWh, which is enough for a range of 90 km on electric drive alone.
The sport version of the Toyota Crown Sport RS also stands out with body reinforcements, powerful front brakes with 6-piston calipers, and black 21-inch wheels. And the interior is also appropriate!
The overall shape of the front panel or center console is unchanged, but the Toyota Crown Sport RS version has sports seats – which is logical given the hints of a dynamic character. In addition, the interior is decorated with red décor: various inserts, seat belts, etc.
All of the above changes cost a lot – the Toyota Crown Sport RS crossover in Japan is estimated at about $53 thousand, which is $12 thousand more expensive than the base Toyota Crown Sport model. What do you think – is it worth it?
