As video game researcher Kurakasis has found out, the new installment of the legendary series of early role-playing games Might and Magic may be called Might and Magic: Fates.

This statement is based on the fact that Ubisoft has recently registered two websites mightandmagicfates.com and might-and-magic-fates.com.

Last year, Ubisoft Shanghai was looking for specialists to create a game under the Might & Magic brand with experience in open-world games, creating quests, NPCs, etc.

According to Kurakasis, Ubisof may be working on several games, including an AAA Open World RPG and an AAA mobile game with an open world in the spirit of Genshin Impact.

The last full-fledged role-playing game in the Might & Magic franchise, Might & Magic X: Legacy, was released in 2014 and received mixed reviews from players and the media. In fact, the Might and Magic series started in 1986 with RPGs, and the turn-based strategies of the Heroes of Might and Magic series, the first of which was released in 1995, are spinoffs to role-playing games.

In addition, Crusaders of Might and Magic are spin-offs of Might and Magic, Warriors of Might and Magic, Shifters of Might and Magic, Legends of Might and Magic, Might and Magic: Heroes Kingdoms, but also Dark Messiah of Might and Magic by Arkane Studios and Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes by Capybara Games.
