Manor Lords is another realistic urban planning simulator from a lone developer
Another interesting game that was demonstrated at the Xbox Partner Preview event – this is Manor Lords by Polish lone developer Grzegorz Styczęń.
Manor Lords is a realistic medieval city-planning simulator. Something like our “Islands”, but about Western Europe and an earlier period. And, interestingly, this game is also developed by one person with the involvement of freelancers. It is not surprising that Ukrainian and Polish developers closely follow each other’s projects.
Manor Lords has medieval realism, photogrammetric graphics, organic development of settlements, simulation of destruction, change of seasons, resource management system, diplomacy, quite large battles, etc.
Finally, the developer announced the game’s release date. Manor Lords will be available in the Early Access on Steam and in Game Preview for Windows on April 26, 2024. Ukrainian text localization is planned for the game.
