Virgin Galactic has announced the completion of another successful commercial space flight. The company completed the Galactic 04 mission on October 6, 2023. This is stated in the company’s announcement.
“…tree new astronauts journeyed to space today and brought back incredible memories and stories of their experience above the Earth,” Virgin Galactic said in a statement.
Astronauts Ron Rosano from the United States, Trevor Beatty from the United Kingdom, and Namira Saleem from Pakistan took part in this mission, becoming the first person from this country to fly into space.
The company will now conduct post-flight inspections and analysis in preparation for the next commercial space mission, Galactic 05.
In June of this year, after more than a decade of preparation, Virgin Galactic completed its first commercial space flight. The company’s first client was the Italian government, which aimed to conduct microgravity research. Since then, the company has repeatedly carried out manned missions into space.
