NASA has established communication with unique satellites Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde

NASA has announced the establishment of command communications with all four CubeSats on the Starling mission, according to the space agency’s announcement announcement.

The payload and satellite engines are currently being tested, which is the final stage of commissioning.

Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde, as the project team members call them, are part of an ambitious effort to develop self-coordinating swarms of satellites for space research and exploration.

The success of the three devices – Pinky, Inky and Clyde – is as expected. Blinky, on the other hand, initially had communication problems, but these were resolved after adjustments were made to the device’s equipment. The operators are now investigating the cause of the problem.

After the final phase of commissioning, Starling will begin the process of adjusting the spacecraft’s orbital positions to begin testing the swarm’s activities.

In July, NASA sent four Starling satellites into orbit. The space agency wants to test whether they can work together independently.
