Xiaomi has officially announced the date of the presentation of its new folding smartphone Mix Fold 3. The event will start on August 14 at 14:00 Kyiv time.
Meanwhile, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun posted several images of the new product on social media, noting that the smartphone will be “thin, elegant and premium.”
The photos show that Mix Fold 3 will have four Leica cameras with focal lengths ranging from 15 mm (ultra-wide) to 115 mm (periscope).
There is no doubt that the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 will indeed be a premium smartphone – it is credited with moisture protection, support for fast wired and wireless charging, and a top-end chipset. However, the device is likely to remain exclusive to China and will not be sold in global markets.
As a reminder, the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption of Ukraine (NAPC) included Xiaomi in the list of international sponsors of war due to the continuation of work in Russia.
