Traditionally in the last days of the month Sony announces next month’s PS Plus game giveaway. So, in July, all subscribers of all tariffs, including the basic PS Plus Essential, will be able to add the following titles to their library:

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Cross-Gen Bundle (PS4, PS5) – perhaps the most interesting offer of the month. The sixth part in the Black Ops series (and the seventeenth in the overall Call of Duty series) was released in 2020, the events of the game chronologically take place between Call of Duty: Black Ops (2010) and Call of Duty: Black Ops II (2012) – at the beginning 80s of the last century, during the same Cold War. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has received mostly favorable reviews from critics and players: it has 76% positive reviews on Steam.

Alan Wake Remastered (PS4, PS5) — an improved version of one of the best action-adventure games with horror elements, the original version of which was released back in 2010. The game from the developers of Max Payne offered an exciting story, high-quality graphics and interesting gameplay – but it was only available on Xbox consoles and PC. An updated version was released in 2021 and finally appeared on PlayStation as well. The remaster has slightly updated graphics, but the improvements compared to the original are minor and only visual: the game mechanics have been left unchanged by the developer.

Endling: Extinction is Forever (PS4, PS5) — an indie survival adventure game that was released last year on all major platforms, and this year was also ported to Android and iOS. The developer calls the game an “ecological adventure”: Endling: Extinction is Forever tells the story of a mother fox trying to protect her cubs.

The distribution will start on July 4, and the preliminary offer is still valid: for now, everyone can get June games on PS Plus. As a reminder, these are NBA 2K23, Jurassic World Evolution 2 and Trek to Yomi.
