Sennheiser became a new company in the market that began to offer over-the-counter hearing aids. The new All-Day Clear and All-Day Clear Slim models include a charging case similar to the one you’ll get with Momentum True Wireless or other TWS earbuds. The hearing aids have battery life of up to 16 hours, so the case can come in handy throughout the day.

Sennheiser promises high-quality audio transmission with intelligent scene detection technology that optimizes voices depending on the environment. You can adjust the sound according to your hearing level using the mobile app in five minutes. The devices can also be used as regular headphones for listening to music.

Models differ in size and price. The hearing aids will go on sale in mid-July starting at $1,399 for the standard All-Day Clear and $1,499 for the All-Day Clear Slim. A medical care package will also be available at the clinic should you require professional assistance.

These are far from the most affordable over-the-counter hearing aids on the market. For example, the Sony CRE-C10 is one of the most compact models, which also provides up to 70 hours of battery life. Its price is $999. Or the Lexie B1, which uses Bose technology, costs $849. However, Sennheiser’s new products are still much cheaper than prescription hearing aids (usually starting at $1,000 per earbud).

The release of hearing aids by the Sennheiser brand is not a surprise. In 2021, it sold its audio business to Sonova, which specializes in medical devices.
