As we were promised, during the Ubisoft Forward, more details about Star Wars Outlaws appeared, in addition, Ubisoft showed the gameplay of the game.

The 10-minute gameplay trailer shows the passage of one of the missions and in it you can see the combat part, elementary stealth; the abilities of a companion animal that can distract enemies, switch devices and fetch weapons; moving around the world and fighting on a speeder; going into space and space battles; a system of quests and dialogues. It seems that Ubisoft has combined elements of various of its games in Star Wars Outlaws. Here you can see pieces of Far Cry and Assassin’s Creed, Watch Dogs and The Division. But everything together looks very good.

In another video, the authors introduce us to the Canadian actress Umberly Gonzalez, who played the main character of Star Wars Outlaws, the adventurer Kay Wess. Umberly talks about her character and the game. IMHO, it would be better if Ubisoft took not only the voice and animation, but also the image of Umberly Gonzalez.

We will remind you that the Swedish Massive Entertainment (Tom Clancy’s The Division 1/2, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora) is developing the game using its own Snowdrop engine. Star Wars Outlaws is scheduled for release on Windows PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S in 2024, most likely in the fall.
