MSI and Mercedes-AMG Motorsport presented the first joint laptop
At the Computex 2023 exhibition, MSI announced a partnership with Mercedes-AMG Motorsport, within the framework of which it released the MSI Stealth 16 Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Edition gaming laptop. In this way, the manufacturer plans to cover a more premium segment of the market.
The MSI Stealth 16 Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Edition is built on the Intel platform with a 13th generation Core i9-13900H processor, a discrete NVIDIA RTX 4070 or RTX 4060 graphics card, up to 64 GB of DDR5 memory, and a 4K OLED display with 100% DCI-P3 coverage. The laptop received a case made of magnesium-aluminum alloy with design elements that emphasize the features of both brands.
Despite the specifications, the laptop turned out to be relatively thin and light: its thickness is only 19.95 mm, and its weight is 1.99 kg. It is also equipped with a 99 Wh battery.
MSI also revealed that this special edition laptop is just the beginning of their collaboration with Mercedes-AMG Motorsport. The companies plan to release even more joint products. Both brands’ logos will be displayed at race tracks and in electronics stores around the world.
Pricing for the MSI Stealth 16 Mercedes-AMG Motorsport Edition has yet to be announced. But given the branding and specs, it’s expected to be quite high.
