The official trailer for Gran Turismo, the adaptation of the famous car simulator

Back in the spring of last year, it became known that Sony plans to screen the legendary series of car simulators Gran Turismo. A little later the first details of the film were posted, but the official trailer had to wait almost a year.

As a reminder, Gran Turismo will tell the story of a teenager who was a fan of the game and participated in the official championships — and finally realized his own dream, getting the opportunity to take part in real races with real cars.

The film is based on real events, directed by Neill Blomkamp (District 9, Elysium, Chappie), starring Orlando Bloom (The Lord of the Rings, Carnival Row) and David Harbor (Stranger Things, Black Widow).

Gran Turismo is expected in cinemas this August.
