We have already talked about Hyundai Elantra‘s update, now it’s the turn for its sports version marked with the letter “N”. So, let’s welcome the Hyundai Elantra N. What did it bring?
First, the exterior has been noticeably changed: a developed front bumper, huge radiator grilles, side deflectors, original 19-inch wheels, a notable anti-wing, diffuser, and double exhaust. Secondly, traditionally for “hot” versions, the Hyundai Elantra N sedan should get stiff suspension, powerful brakes, and sports seats in the interior.
But the third – the type and power of the engine – are still unknown. The predecessor of the Hyundai Elantra N had a gasoline 2-liter 4-cylinder “turbo”, which will probably be transferred to the updated version of the car. In this case, the Hyundai Elantra N sedan will offer a power of about 280-290 hp, which will be enough for acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 5.3 seconds and a maximum speed of 250 km/h.
However, we will learn more details later, when the Hyundai Elantra N car will prepare for the start of sales and will fully reveal its technical specifications and prices. This will definitely happen before the end of this year.
