In the last week, a lot of new information about the first foldable smartphone Pixel Fold from Google appeared on the network. Now we can see it in real video.

A short video was published on Twitter. In it, you can see how the Pixel Fold folds and unfolds.

The content on the screen is blurred, so we can’t yet judge how the Pixel Launcher looks on a foldable device. However, you can see that the frames around the display, especially the top and bottom, are quite thick. From an aesthetic point of view, this option, of course, loses to models like the Galaxy Fold4. But from a practical point of view, it may be a little more convenient — it will be more comfortable for you to hold a smartphone. Plus, the front camera does not take up the useful area of the display, because it is placed above the screen.

Let me remind you that the Pixel Fold should get a 7.6″ main display and a 5.8″ external screen. Both will use OLED panels with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Tensor G2 chipset will be responsible for smartphone performance. The novelty should be presented during the Google I/O 2023 conference, May 10. And it will go on sale in June. The cost of the Pixel Fold is expected to start at $1,799.
