The Ford Ranger pickup has just received new versions designed to significantly expand its capabilities. Moreover, expand in completely opposite directions!

For example, the version of the Ford Ranger Tremor emphasizes practicality: here you will not find bright details of the exterior, here are the usual headlights and interior decoration. However, the special feature of the Ford Ranger Tremor is the revised chassis. For example, ground clearance (+26 mm) and wheel track (+30 mm) were increased, special Bilstein shock absorbers and off-road tires were installed. In the end, all this should significantly improve the all-terrain capabilities of the car.

Another option – the Ford Ranger Wildtrak X pickup – received a similar chassis with changed shock absorbers and “toothy” tires. In addition, such a car is distinguished by the maximum equipment (only the Ford Ranger Raptor is positioned higher) and an attractive design: lensed headlights are installed, black glossy decor is used.

In addition, the Ford Ranger Wildtrak X version was the debut of the new Flexible Rack system: this is a movable rack in the body that will help when transporting long gauges. Eventually, after the Ford Ranger Wildtrak X, a similar system should appear for all versions of the Ford Ranger model, but for them it will only be offered as an option.

It is also worth noting the technical specifications of the Ford Ranger Wildtrak X model: a 2-liter turbodiesel with 205 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque is hidden under the hood. It is paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system. And among the exclusive equipment is the possibility of locking one of the rear wheels to reduce the turning diameter.
