During the Tekken World Tour 2022 championship finals, Bandai Namco Entertainment finally revealed the development of the next part of the popular fighting game, Tekken 8.

First, they showed a new gameplay trailer with the well-known Nina Williams in the main role – she can use a pair of pistols both as part of a combo and for the final “finishing” of the opponent.

And secondly, Bandai Namco Entertainment presented a 35-minute video of the developer, in which the studio employees in particular talk about the mechanics of enhanced Rage attacks and the new Heat system – the main mechanic of Tekken 8, which makes the gameplay even more aggressive. The player will be able to enter the “Heat” state, in which his character will become stronger for a short period of time and will additionally be able to use a special attack.

Tekken 8 was announced during Sony’s September State of Play presentation and received the first gameplay trailer at The Game Awards 2022 ceremony. The game doesn’t have a release date yet, but it’s already known to be coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
