Samsung has sent out an official invitation to the Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event, which will be held offline for the first time in several years at the Masonic Auditorium in San Francisco. And although the company does not directly indicate what exactly will be announced, there is no doubt that it will be the new line of Galaxy S23 smartphones.

The event will start on February 1, 2023, at 20:00 Kyiv time and will also be broadcast online on Samsung website, Samsung’s Facebook page, Samsung’s YouTube channel and Samsung‘s Instagram page.

The date of the announcement coincides with the update cycle of Samsung flagships of the Galaxy S series, which are traditionally announced at the beginning of the year. It is already known from previous sources that the Galaxy S23 line will not receive radical changes in design, however it will have a Galaxy S22 Ultra-style camera unit.

In addition, this year all flagships of the S23 series will use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and a little increased battery capacity.
