The Mercedes company continues to expand its own line of electric cars with the EQ designation. And the latest addition is the Mercedes EQT van: in fact, it is an electric version of Mercedes T-class. This is immediately noticeable from the exterior and interior of the electric car, which have barely changed – the difference is only in a few details.

However, technically, of course, the difference is huge. Instead of internal combustion engines, an electric motor with a capacity of 90 kW (122 hp) and a torque of 245 Nm is installed. Instead of a fuel tank, a 45 kWh battery is installed; unfortunately, but the manufacturer did not provide an autonomy indicator.

However, it is known that the Mercedes EQT electric car will receive a charger with a capacity of up to 22 kW when powered by alternating current – this will allow you to fully charge the battery in about two hours. Fast charging from direct current will also be supported: then the power can reach 80 kW. And the approximate cost is also known – starting at 49,000 euros. Still, it’s a Mercedes.
