The MINI Cooper S hatchback is well known to car enthusiasts: high power, good handling, excellent dynamic qualities. And also – an original style that cannot be confused with any other model. In an effort to add even more special differences to the car, the British have prepared a special version of the “mini”: meet the MINI Cooper S Resolute Edition!
As can be seen from the long name, the car is built on the basis of the MINI Cooper S – that is, a 2-liter 178-horsepower engine is installed under the hood, which can be paired with a 6-speed mechanical transmission or a 7-speed automated Steptronic (automated dual clutch transmission). This version of the MINI Cooper S reaches the first hundred km/h in 6.8 seconds and reaches a maximum of 235 km/h.
The MINI Cooper S Resolute Edition version is not distinguished by technical changes, but it is distinguished by design. For example, headlights and lights received a bronze finish, and bronze stickers appeared on the hood of the car. The door sills are decorated with overlays of a similar design and color, in the interior there are seats with a combination trim and a steering wheel with the inscription “Resolute” on the central spoke.
Finally, as is usually the case with special versions, the MINI Cooper S Resolute Edition is distinguished by an extended list of equipment. For example, the MINI Driving Assistant package, adaptive cruise control and more have been added. Well, how do you like it?
