Traditionally, in the last days of the month, Sony announces which games it will “give away” in PlayStation Plus next month. Yes, from November 1, all subscribers to the service, including the basic PS Plus Essential, will be able to add the following titles to their library:

Nioh 2 / Nioh 2 Remastered (PS4, PS5) is a prequel to the well-known role-playing game in the souls-like subgenre, which was released in the spring of 2020 on PS4. A year later, it received an enhanced PS5 version, and now Sony will be giving away the original version of the game for PS4 owners and the Remastered version for PS5. Nioh 2 received generally favorable reviews from both critics and players, with an average score of 85% and 7.9 on Metacritic, respectively.

Lego Harry Potter Collection (PS4) is a set of two games, Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4 and Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7. The genre is action/adventure, the games are dedicated to the Lego Harry Potter toy line, the plot of the first game is based on the first four books of the cycle, the second – on the last three. The original games were released back in 2010 and 2011, and a remaster in the form of Lego Harry Potter Collection was released on PS4 in 2016.

Heavenly Bodies (PS4, PS5) is the least known game in this selection. In terms of genre, Heavenly Bodies is a physics-based puzzle game in which the player uses the gamepad triggers to control the behavior of an astronaut in an attempt to complete certain tasks, which the developer says are “inspired by famous moments in the history of space exploration.” Heavenly Bodies was released less than a year ago, in December 2021, to generally positive reviews, with a combined critic rating of 75% on Metacritic and a player score of 7.6.
