The official Twitter account of Cyberpunk 2077 announced a novel set in the game’s universe.

The book is called Cyberpunk 2077: No Coincidence. The novel is written by the Polish science fiction writer Rafał Kosik, known for the novels Mars (2003), Vertical (2006), Chameleon (2008), Rosary (2017), and the series of works Felix, Net, and Nika ( 2004–2018).

The book will tell the story of a group of strangers who explore all the dangers of Night City. Cyberpunk 2077: No Coincidence will hit bookstores in August 2023.

That is, the Cyberpunk 2077 universe is expanding. We already have a game which has been actively started being played again, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners animated series, World of Cyberpunk 2077 guide and a good comic book Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team, and now it’s a novel. And this is if we do not mention almost a hundred editions based on the board games CyberPunk 2013, CyberPunk 2020, Cybergeneration 2027 and CyberPunk 203X.

It seems that the Cyberpunk universe has a good future and CD Projekt Group will fuel interest in it until the release of the sequel Cyberpunk 2077, which is already under development.
