Screen notch Dynamic Island debuting in iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max will probably reach the rest of the iPhone line as early as next year, according to analyst Ross Young of Display Supply Chain Consultants.

“Yes, Dynamic Island expected on standard models on the 15. Still not expecting 120Hz/LTPO on standard models as supply chain can’t support it,” wrote Young on Twitter.

Before the release of the iPhone 14 Pro line, there were many rumors about a new cutout in the screen, which was inferior in all respects to the compact cutouts in Android models. However, Apple managed to turn the flaw into one of the interesting features of its flagship smartphone, using the display cutout smartly thanks to software.

Considering that in general, there are not so many significant innovations in the new iPhone, the minimal design change with additional functionality were generally warmly received by users. So next year it will be logical for Apple to add it to the entire model range, thereby supporting the efforts of developers who will integrate their applications with Dynamic Island.
