The Expert Imaging and Sound Association (EISA) has announced this year’s winners of its award in various categories. Among them are High-End class headphones, where the victory went to the model with drivers from the Ukrainian manufacturer.

Founded back in 1985, Rinaro Isodynamics still makes speakers for home and car speakers, as well as headphones. It has 25 proprietary technologies and 61 patents, and the company’s products are sold in 55 countries around the world.

This year, the Meze Audio Elite headphone model, which uses Rinaro Isodynamics drivers, won in the Hi-Fi category. This is not the first time that EISA has noted the drivers of this company.

“Elite by Meze takes the stunning design of its previous Empyrean headphones and enhances it with new low-distortion drivers, once again courtesy of Ukraine’s Rinaro Isodynamics. These lightweight, ultra-thin dual-coil drivers – an evolution of planar magnetic technology – ensure that the open-back Elite captivates with its detailed bass reproduction and lifelike soundstage,” the association concluded.

However, the price tag of such headphones is a bit breathtaking — $4,000.
