Scandals with Musk’s personal life do not go away. This time, the billionaire denied the information that he broke off his old friendship with Google co-founder Sergey Brin and was the reason for his divorce from Nicole Shanahan. Previously Wall Street Journal alleged that Musk had an affair with Brin’s wife, citing insiders.

The Tesla CEO’s romance with Shanahan allegedly happened at the high-profile Art Basel event in Miami after Musk broke up with his then-girlfriend, singer Grimes. According to the WSJ, Shenagan and Brin were already divorced at the time, but living together. They had a tense relationship.

Elon Musk denied reports of an affair and said that he is still friends with Brin. He said the WSJ’s information was based on “anecdotal hearsay from third parties.”

“This is total bullshit, Sergey is my friend, we had a party together last night, I’ve only seen Nicole twice in three years, and there are a lot of people around. Nothing romantic,” Musk wrote on Twitter.

Let us remind you that Elon Musk has repeatedly been in the media due to love intrigues. Previously it became known that the billionaire has twins with one of the top managers of Neuralink and a former employee of Tesla, Shivon Zilis.

He is also accused of harassing a SpaceX flight attendant who worked in the corporate aircraft fleet. The victim claims she was supposed to give him a massage, but Musk offered her sex instead.

Google co-founder Sergey Brin also had high-profile cases related to his personal life. Vanity Fair in 2014 reported his relationship with Google Glass marketing manager Amanda Rosenberg during his first marriage to Ann Wojcicki. Now, during the divorce, Nicole Shanahan wants $1 billion of Sergey Brin’s nearly $100 billion.
