A recent PlayStation exclusive, Marvel’s Spider-Man is coming to PC very soon. It will be released on Steam and Epic Games Store on August 12. The port will not be identical to the console versions, and developer Mike Fitzgerald, CTO of Insomniac Games, shared technical details of the PC release on PlayStation Blog.

Yes, it promised more graphics settings, an unlocked framerate, the ability to choose the level of quality of reflections in specular surfaces, better shadows and ray tracing than it was on PS5, with more detailed urban environments. Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered will support NVIDIA DLSS and DLAA technologies, which will allow you to increase the performance of the game with almost no degradation of graphics quality.

In addition to supporting different resolutions of computer monitors, the game will receive support for additional screen proportions – 21:9 and 32:9, as well as multi-monitor configurations. The port of Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered will be playable with a DualSense controller, but traditional PC keyboard and mouse support will also be available, and thanks to the Steam Input service, players will be able to connect any other controller to the game and configure its controls. On both platforms, Steam and the Epic Games Store, the game will support an achievement system and cloud save.

The developer also published the minimum and recommended system configurations for a comfortable game with various graphics settings.
