The end of the month is approaching, which means that soon PS Plus starts the next “distribution” for all subscribers of service. There is no official information yet, it will appear in a few days, but according to the traditional leak on Dealabs, for the basic tariff plan PS Plus Essential from July 5, Sony will offer the following games.
Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time (PS4, PS5) is the loudest project of the July selection. Crash Bandicoot 4 was released in 2020 and was the first “big” game of the series in many years. The fourth part has a high rating on Metacritic, so if you like the platformer genre, “picking up” Crash Bandicoot 4 in July is one hundred percent worth it.
The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan (PS4) is an interactive horror of 2019, the first part of the series The Dark Pictures Anthology, developed by Supermassive Games (authors Until Dawn, The Quarry). Man of Medan was also released on Xbox One and PC and received rave reviews from players. The game is included in the PS Plus Extra tariff plan, and next month it will be available in the basic package.
Arcadegeddon (PS4, PS5) is a cooperative multiplayer shooter that is still available in advance and should be released just before the start of the July distribution in PS Plus. The developer is IllFonic – the company’s record is not the best (Nexuiz, Friday the 13th: The Game, Predator: Hunting Grounds), so there are no special hopes for this game yet.
